Stephanie: When we arrived at the set of the Today Show, we wrote a sign board that said “USA Chicks Dig Michael Phelps and Al” with the hopes that Al Roker would come over to us. But it was Ann Curry who came over first and she was so sweet. She held our hands and touched our faces and told us how pretty we were.

Then we yelled to Matt Lauer and Meredith Vieira, and they both waved to us. After that, we realized that Ryan Lochte was there, sitting in a chair on the stage. By this time, other girls had joined us so we had a group of about 10. We all yelled, “Ryan, come here!” He did, and we got pictures with him and shook his hand. Sarah gave him a hug. Later, Shawn Johnson also came over and shook all of our hands and we congratulated her.

Anna: Ryan happily spent a few minutes with us — some of his biggest fans. It was so exciting! He is very nice and talked to us while posing for pictures with us.

Maggie: We toured the USA High Performance Center, a truly unique experience.  However, the really cool part was when we were watching Ann Curry tape the Today Show later that day on the Olympic Green: She showed clips from the same tour.  It was pretty awesome.
